To start the enrollment process, we will require a tour so that we can meet with your family and talk one-on-one about your child and their needs. In addition, we want to provide you with information on our communication style, curriculum and required documents. You're correct! Great care centers, like Sunbeam can often be booked out with a waiting list that is 6-12 months out. When we meet for a tour, we can provide you with the most up to date wait list information, discuss your maternity or paternity leave plan and more. We will help you through this process each step of the planning journey. 

We have flexible fees based on part-time and full-time enrollment as well as age group. There are also discounts for households with more than one child enrolled in the center. Tuition and payment options will be discussed at your tour. Assistance programs may be offered based on your needs. 

Yes, all employees are thoroughly vetted with background checks,  have up to date licensure and are required to obtain continuing education based on license requirements. 

We will review our policies during your tour for children that have become ill, including requirements for reporting to us and basis for when your child can return to their program. Pick up and drop off will be discussed and authorization paperwork will determine who is on your safety list. We will follow weather guidelines from the local schools, if they are closed due to weather, we will also be closed. Holidays will be posted well in advance in our app and newsletter.
